so I favorited it and some of my trans friends were commenting on my facebook about how sad it was his parents feel like that.

And then my friend comes in. My friend I hang out with every day after classes, my friend who treats me really great, and she says, basically "YAY FOR *HER* MOTHER, SHE WILL ALWAYS BE A GIRL, AND EVEN THOUGH I'M TALKING ABOUT THE VIDEO ITSELF, I'MMA INVALIDATE YOUR GENDER IDENTITY FOREVER TOO LOLOL". the comment I deleted is the first link.

...IDK. I just... I don't know how to talk to her anymore. I have to see her and do a presentation with her in class....and I just am not sure how to even...

should I just pretend it never happened and never speak about anything LGBT related again? or should I tell her that it really hurt? (I did in an email, but I mean in person). our friendship can never be the same again, but I'm just...not sure what to do about this. this is the first time I've ever had a friend reject me like that. She says she's still going to treat me the same as always, but like... how can you? you're still treating me like a girl and i'm not one.
